Chad Jarvis, PA-C
Chad Jarvis is a respected and trusted member of the Tooele County medical community. With a Master of Science from ATSU and more than 20 years of diverse medical experience, Chad Jarvis brings extensive expertise and confidence to the patients he serves.
Throughout his career, Chad Jarvis has worked across multiple specialties including Family Practice, Urology, and Orthopedic Surgery. This broad experience allows Chad to understand the powerful connection between physical health and mental wellness — helping him deliver truly comprehensive care as your DPC physician assistant.
Before becoming a provider, Chad Jarvis earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from BYU, where he helped care for the 2002 national champion men’s volleyball team.
Outside the clinic, Chad Jarvis and his wife Jen are proud parents of six daughters and three sons-in-law. Celebrating nearly 25 years of marriage, they have called Stansbury Park home for more than two decades.
