His multifaceted career spanning Family Practice, Urology, and Orthopedic Surgery, uniquely positions him to understand the connection between physical health and mental wellness. As your DPC physician assistant, Chad’s professional journey began with a Bachelor’s in Sports Medicine from BYU, where he contributed to the care of the 2002 national champion men’s volleyball team.
