Telemedicine, Virtual or In Office visit: $95
Membership fees are charged per calendar month, which starts on the day you sign up. Typically, an appointment costs about $150 per visit so you actually pay less and get more with your Summit Health membership ($95 monthly for as many visits as needed). Unlike the Affordable Care Act plans or traditional insurance, our model focuses on care coordination and primary care services that truly serve patients.
